"User" refers to any individual or entity using our platform.

"BBPS" refers to the Bharat Bill Payment System, an integrated bill payment system in India.

"Transaction" refers to any payment or bill settlement initiated through our platform.

2. User Eligibility

To use WizPays, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users must register an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

4. Payment & Transactions

WizPays enables bill payments through BBPS using multiple payment methods.

Transactions are subject to processing fees, as applicable.

WizPays does not guarantee the uninterrupted processing of transactions and is not responsible for payment failures due to network or banking issues.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Transactions once completed cannot be canceled.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective billers and service providers.

WizPays is not responsible for delays in refunds processed by third parties.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
